Thank you for choosing Sundown. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

During busy periods, such as promotions, product launches, or seasonal demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any major delays, we’ll do our best to keep you updated by email.

After placing an order, you’ll receive:

  • An order confirmation email after purchase

  • A dispatch email with tracking details once your order has shipped

Where We Deliver

We currently ship to customers within Australia.

If your location is not available at checkout, we may not currently be able to deliver to your area.

Delivery Times & Rates

Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and delivery costs are shown at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email where tracking is available.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, high order volumes, weather, customs, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.

Sundown is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we may offer one of the following options:

  • Reshipment, where an additional shipping fee may apply

  • A refund for the product cost only, excluding original shipping costs

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order:

  • Is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or

  • Arrives damaged

Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We’ll review the issue and, where appropriate, work with the courier to investigate. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item or packaging, if applicable
